Jack Krasaeath
Jack manages investments in the public equities market through his registered investment advisory firm and has been a principal investor on both the GP and LP sides for multifamily assets in the Midwest. Prior to moving into the multifamily niche, Jack spent nearly a decade at Cushman & Wakefield (CWK: NYSE) on a wide range of corporate office and industrial real estate transactions including leases, leases with equity participation, synthetic leases, build-to-suits, purchases, sales, and sale/leasebacks. He began his career at PwC and Moody’s Investors Services (MCO: NYSE).
He has a B.A in Economics from Emory University and a M.P.P and M.B.A from the University of Chicago and is a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in Illinois with his Series 63 and 65 licenses. An avid squash player, he is currently on the board of directors of IL Squash and the University Club of Chicago.
